PIDD Board Meeting October 28, 2025 In attendance: Marion Alford, Nate Ganz, Leslie Smith and Kristi Thompson.  Meeting held at 105 Deer Hollow, Brandon, MS.  The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M 1. Minutes approved from the previous meeting.     2. Financial Report  Kristi has been in contact with the auditor for the status of annual audit.  Audit should be completed within the next couple of weeks and will provide a copy when received. PIDD Board Meeting February 18, 2025 In attendance: Marion Alford, Nate Ganz, Leslie Smith, Jamene Banks (by phone) and Kristi Thompson..  Meeting held at 105 Deer Hollow at 6:00 P.M.  The meeting was called to order at 6:05 P.M. 1. Meeting held at Barlow & Company Office, Brandon, MS.  Meeting called to order at 6:45 p.m. 1. Budget: Marion and Kristi had  discussed the budget and Kristi prepared a proposal for the next fiscal year. PIDD Board Meeting March 27, 2024 In attendance: Marion Alford, Nate Ganz, Leslie Smith and Jamene Banks.  Meeting held at C. Chastain Flynt Library at 6:00 P.M.  Meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M 1. Ms Wanda Burns had asked to meet the Board members, but Ms Burns or a representative was not present for the meeting.     2. The Board had no other business to discuss at this meeting. Meeting Adjourned at 6:30 p. m.

The board has voted to hold elections on March 17, 2026, for the next six-year term for PID board members. This info will be published in the Rankin County news in November. Members will also receive a notice via USPS with details of the election and the Statement of Intent in early December.
